Return to Base Service

Should your printer breakdown or require a service and you have time to send it to us, our in-house workshop with an engineer available five days a week can help speed up the process. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 days based on the issue and parts availability.

Service Contracts

We offer customised maintenance contracts, known as " Support," tailored to your specific requirements. These contracts provide you with an agreed level of support to ensure that your printer breakdowns are kept to a minimum.

We offer preventative maintenance to keep your printers working optimally, and in the event of an issue, we will be there within the contract-defined times to repair your printer or provide a replacement.
